Report a Violation

Seen an accessibility problem in the real world — a ramp that’s too steep, a parking space with no access aisle, a restroom stall without proper maneuvering clearance, a service counter that’s too tall? Use this form to document it. Before you start, skim How to Document a Violation so your report captures the details that matter.

Your submission goes to the site administrator — not to any government agency. We use the reports to build anonymized case examples and to route people to appropriate resources. Nothing on this site substitutes for filing a formal complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice or your state human rights agency, or for consulting an attorney.

About the place
Building age

Age drives which ADA standards apply. "Safe harbor" can protect features built to an earlier compliant standard — but alterations always trigger the newest rules.
